Oil and Gas
Tube-Mac® manufactures and supplies high-quality non-welded piping systems for the oil and gas industries. Our piping solutions are fast to install and leak free, meaning minimal downtime for repairs or new builds.
The reliability, cleanliness, cost-effectiveness, and safety of Tube-Mac®’s non-welded systems make them ideal for numerous high- and low-pressure applications for hydraulic oil, steam trace, condensate, air, gases, and others.
Crews can complete new builds or repairs quickly and safely without the hazards and dangers of welding. Tube-Mac®’s non-welded flanges and Pyplok® mechanically attached fittings are “green” technologies, meaning dramatically reduced environmental impacts when compared to traditional welded piping systems. With cold-installed, no-weld fittings, there is no need to degas the area and no need for fire watch personnel, leading to substantial cost savings. CO2 emissions are negligible compared to welding, making the working environment safer for all workers. Tube-Mac®’s team of highly trained technicians can install the piping system on site or train the maintenance crew to complete installation. Our supervisors are available to maintain the highest possible quality.
